1.How to use proxy IP on Eread?
Click the “setting” item.
Then select “proxy” item,and enter your proxy IP into the boxes.

2.When you reading, the Kaspersky pop up the "active defense" box, please add eREAD to the trust list.
Turning the pages, Kaspersky anti-virus software will pop up a defense dialog box,please click the "add it to the trust region".

3.Add EREADService.exe to the Kaspersky's trust List manually.
Open the Kaspersky anti-virus software.

Click "threats and exclusion"
Click "trusted region" and the dialog box will be popped up.
Click the "add" botton in the "exclude mask"
Click the "designation" and a dialog box of "exclude objects" will be popped up.
Select eREADService.exe under the the Eread installation directory.
Without the document,it may have been isolated by Kaspersky, please restore or re-install eread manually.
After clicking “YES”, the path of the eREAD Service.exe will be showed as the object of the "exclusion mask".
The window "exclusion" will pop up after clicking "document anti-virus".
Hooks on the active defense,click "yes".
Please click"yes" in the following choices, and you have added eREAD to the trusted list succesffully.

Click "restore" button, and click the "yes" on the pop-up "warning" window,
On the pop up window, please click”ok”.
Please manually add eREADService.exe to the Kaspersky trusted list.
